It was a trailblazer and great gathering of like-minded passionate professionals. Meeting parents on the same platform was so enlightening and heartwarming experience.

One of the most valuable aspects of the ICAN conference for me was hearing directly from individuals on the spectrum. Their lived experiences brought an authenticity and depth that you simply cannot get from your textbooks or secondhand perspective. It was a powerful reminder of the importance of centering autistic voices in conversation that affect them. As someone who works with high school aged young adults on the spectrum, I found these perspectives especially meaningful. They helped me reflect on my own practice and consider how I can better support communication, autonomy, and dignity for the students I work with. The non verbal students I support also have a voice and this was also very impactful.

I felt it was very informative. Hearing the different perspectives of individuals that are on the Spectrum, patents of children & the doctors.

My experience at ICAN 2026 will live with me just as much as last year's. You allowed me to speak, and that has meant the world to me. Speaking this year was a huge honor. The professionals from around the world you've brought together, I believe, have made a tremendous impact. All of my interactions with your staff have been great. Not to mention the companies that attended. The takeaway of information has been incredible. Being with such a large group of people focused on helping those like me gives me hope that the world is really seeing us. I can't begin to thank you all enough for what you're doing. I love and care about all of you.

The conference was extremely valuable. It was a chance to get an update in all the newest research and best practice supporting the autism development. I hope I can participate in the ICAN conference again.

Myself, and everyone I spoke to loved the conference. I referred to it as home, a place where you could be yourself, learn, grow and respect each other. The world needs to see ICAN and you should all be very proud of what you have done here. If it was not on the holiday, I think it would have been even bigger, but things work out the way they do. I spoke to one person like myself from another culture, and we agreed that we enjoyed the fact it was a bit more laid back, i know some wanted more structure to it but I felt it was perfect, because like in life we are all doing the best we can and trying to help everybody enjoy the experience. Your invitation, I will always be truly grateful for and will promote how amazing those 2 days were. Everyone looked liked they enjoyed themselves and you provide the biggest word we all need, HOPE! ICAN is a truly phenomenal global experience that leads in bringing compassion, education, and the best of all of us, wth inclusion and divesity together.

Thank you to everyone behind the ICAN conference these past few days. What you created was honestly incredible! The hope, the knowledge, and the people you brought together from all over the world... Organizing something of this scale is no small thing — the time, the energy, the cost, the coordination. From the content to the free lunches and all the snacks! It was clear how much care went into every detail! I also want to say I'm sorry for some of the rudeness and complaints towards the organizers I witnessed. It genuinely broke my heart. People don't always realize how much work and pressure goes into making something like this happen, and how many moving parts depend on each other. I can only imagine the level of work, coordination, and cost that goes into pulling something like this off. It was a fantastic conference. Very educational with an intimate atmosphere. My only suggestion is to do a better job of keeping the schedule on track so presentations aren't delayed. Capping the Q&A sessions to X number of questions could help with that.
